Terms of Service

By adding Qiana to a Discord server, using the dashboard, or purchasing premium features, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Qiana is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides moderation, events, voice management, embeds, tickets, and related server tools. Features may change, be added, or removed. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must have permission to add bots and manage settings for any guild you configure. You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum age required in your country.

You must not use Qiana to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Spam, harass, or distribute malware
• Circumvent premium or security measures
• Reverse engineer or overload our systems
• Resell access without our written consent

We may suspend or remove access for violations or at our discretion to protect the service.

Paid plans are offered through Discord's native monetization (Premium Apps / SKUs). Payment, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Discord under their terms unless otherwise stated. Feature access is tied to active entitlements we receive from Discord.

Prices shown on our website are informational. The binding price is displayed in Discord at checkout.

Qiana, its branding, code, and documentation are owned by Dennis Heits / Qinaii Labs or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended. You retain rights to content you create in your server; you grant us the rights needed to operate the bot.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages for breach of essential contractual duties. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded where permitted by law.

You may stop using Qiana at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may terminate or restrict access with notice where reasonable or immediately for serious breaches.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Hamburg, Germany.
